RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
We do not offer returns or exchange unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lavstra.com or whatsapp at+919748900523 with the follow steps below :

• Please make a video while opening the parcel. And Then if you receive damage product or have any issue with the product Whatsapp us on

  +919748900523 within 3 days of delivery and send us photo or video of product. We will Send you the replacement. If Video is not made While Opening the parcel we will not be able to send the replacement. In case of return refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to original payment method.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, don't forget to mail us with an attachment of the product picture you have received ,so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND
If you would like to apply for a refund considering the reasons mentioned above, please do mention the reason for applying for the same, when you mail us if you would like to opt for a refund or an exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Note:
When a customer deny accepting a parcel or item cannot be delivered due to customer incomplete/incorrect information. He/she has bare shipping cost of minimum Rs 150-250 depends upon the quantity of the product for the reshipment of the product.
